Meet Lucy Lu

A Feasterville, PA barbecue company with two jobs: compete on the KCBS circuit and cater great events.

Our Story

Lucy Lu Barbecue Company is led by owner Bill McEwen. The team runs a fleet of offset, pellet and charcoal cookers, matching each to the job: big offsets for depth of flavor, pellet units for set-and-forget consistency, and a dedicated sides station. Our bulldog mascot, Lucy Lu, is the face on the logo.

Lucy Lu Base Rub

The house rub behind our brisket, ribs, chicken, pork, mac & cheese and beans.

Steak Prototype 2

A pepper-forward steak blend with garlic, onion, beef base, mushroom powder, sumac and coriander.

Signature All-Purpose BBQ Sauce

Sweet-forward with tang and smoky depth. Works as a glaze, mop or table sauce.
